Wearing his altered and enhanced dark, blue, and gold Centurion Prime uniform, with clenched fists energized by the strength of a unique sentient mind artificially created from a living supercomputer, he joins a pantheon of great heroes to confront the titan Thanos and his Infinity Gauntlet. Nova debuted in The Man Called Nova #1, written by Marv Wolfman and illustrated by John Buscema in 1976.
