I pre-ordered the figure, and since I had very little time to pay after it arrived and I was asked to do so without losing my prepayment, I was forced to do so even though I was leaving for a three-week vacation two days later. When I contacted Iron Studios with the same reason, requesting a three-week delay in delivery, I only received a lame, standard reply stating that they would send it as soon as possible. Shipping from Portugal to Germany in such a short time is impossible. As a long-time customer, I expected more. Now the package is still sitting with some neighbor, which, given the value of the contents, is incredibly frustrating. Thanks for nothing! A very disappointed customer.
