B2B Pre-Order Terms

We are pleased to offer our B2B partners the opportunity to secure Iron Studios products in advance through our Pre-Order system. Here’s how it works:

1. Guarantee Your Stock:

  • By placing a pre-order, you guarantee the quantities of the selected products.

  • Pre-orders are the only way to secure inventory ahead of release.

2. Pre-Order Deposit:

  • A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the estimated product value is required at the time of pre-order.

  • The remaining balance will be invoiced shortly before shipment.

3. Product Arrival Timeline:

  • Products are expected to arrive between 6 to 12 months after the pre-order window closes.

  • Delivery dates are estimates and may vary based on production and logistics factors.

4. Cancellation Policy:

  • Pre-order deposits are non-refundable.

  • Should there be a significant delay (more than 6 months beyond the estimated window), customers may request a cancellation and refund of the deposit.

5. Delivery and Fulfillment:

  • Delivery will commence once the products arrive at our European warehouse and the balance payment has been received.
