The following are the terms and conditions applicable to Ironstudios.eu Gift Cards. By purchasing, accepting, or using a Gift Card, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions on behalf of yourself and all members of your household and others who purchase, accept, or use a Gift Card under your account.

After purchasing gift cards from Ironstudios.eu, you will receive an email with the gift card code within 72 hours of purchase.
You can also view your Ironstudios.eu Gift Card balance by visiting Your Account and simulating the use of the Ironstudios.eu Gift Card code on the checkout page at the payment stage by inserting it in the “Use gift card” field.
If a purchase exceeds the Ironstudios.eu balance, the remaining amount must be paid using another payment method.

Gift Cards may only be redeemed toward the purchase of eligible goods and services provided by Ironstudios.eu and its affiliates on www.Ironstudios.eu. Eligible goods and services are subject to change in our sole discretion. Ironstudios.eu may provide Gift Card purchasers with information about the redemption status of Gift Cards that they purchase.

Limitations.

Gift Cards cannot be reloaded; resold; used for payment outside of www.Ironstudios.eu or its affiliated properties; used for unauthorized advertising, marketing, sweepstakes, promotional or commercial purposes, including to facilitate the resale or shipment of goods from Ironstudios.eu; redeemed for more than face value; transferred for value; redeemed for cash; returned for a cash refund (except to the extent required by law); or used in a manner otherwise prohibited by our Ironstudios.eu Gift Card Restrictions and Prohibited Activities policy. No portion of your Ironstudios.eu Balance may be transferred to another Ironstudios.eu account. Neither your Ironstudios.eu Balance nor your Gift Cards may be applied to the purchase of goods or services at any Iron Studios affiliated property outside of the United States.

Risk of Loss.

The risk of loss and title for Gift Cards pass to the purchaser upon our electronic transmission of the Gift Card to the purchaser or designated recipient. Gift Cards must be obtained from Iron Studios, and you are responsible for protecting your Ironstudios.eu Balance or Gift Card from unauthorized use. We are not responsible for the loss or theft of any Gift Card, or if your Ironstudios.eu Balance or any Gift Card is used without your permission. There are a variety of gift card scams that solicit payment by gift card. Iron Studios is not responsible for, and assumes no liability to you for, any illegal conduct or fraud of third parties associated with any Gift Card.

Use of Ironstudios.eu Balance or any Gift Card in Violation of these Terms and Conditions.
By using a Gift Card you agree to comply with these terms and conditions, and not to use a Gift Card in any manner that is misleading, deceptive, unfair, or otherwise harmful to Ironstudios.eu, or its customers. We reserve the right, without notice to you, to void Gift Cards (including as a component of your Ironstudios.eu Balance) without a refund, suspend or terminate customer accounts, suspend or terminate the ability to use our services, cancel or limit orders, and bill alternative forms of payment if we suspect that a Gift Card is obtained, used, or applied to an Ironstudios.eu account (or your Ironstudios.eu Balance is applied to a purchase) fraudulently, unlawfully, or otherwise in violation of these terms and conditions.

Limitation of Liability.

TO THE FULL EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY LAW, WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO GIFT CARDS OR YOUR Ironstudios.eu BALANCE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. TO THE FULL EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY LAW, IN THE EVENT A GIFT CARD IS NON-FUNCTIONAL, YOUR SOLE REMEDY, AND OUR SOLE LIABILITY, WILL BE THE REPLACEMENT OF THAT GIFT CARD.

Disputes

Any dispute or claim relating in any way to Gift Cards or your Ironstudios.eu Balance will be resolved by the dispute resolution terms in the Ironstudios.eu Conditions of Use.

Refund

In the event of cancellation of an order made using the Gift Card, the amount of the Gift Card will be refunded automatically and directly to the balance of the Gift Card, and the original code must be reused as a form of payment for a future purchase, observing the original validity period;

Refund of the Gift Card is subject to our Purchasing Policy and can only be requested by the person who purchased the Gift Card, requiring a formal request directly to our Customer Service department via e-mail contactus.europe@ironstudios.co or support@ironstudioseurope.zendesk.com.

General Terms.

The Ironstudios.eu Conditions of Use apply. No fees apply to Gift Cards. We reserve the right to require additional verification of your identity, Gift Card or account ownership, or provision of an additional payment instrument, before you are able to apply a Gift Card to your account or your Ironstudios.eu Balance to a purchase. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions without notice, from time to time at our sole discretion. All terms and conditions are applicable to the extent permitted by law. If any of these terms and conditions are deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that unenforceable term will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining terms and conditions.

Ironstudios.eu Balance Expiration.

The portion of your Ironstudios.eu Balance made up of Gift Cards issued after January 30, 2025 expires in up to 5 years and can be applied to your Ironstudios.eu account and applied to qualifying purchases.
